Center of in-plant training workers of public authorities, organs of local self-government, leaders of state enterprises, and organizations is educational establishment of the system of in-plant training civil servants, which is executed by functions regional educational and scientifically - methodical Center. A center is created accordingly to the order of head of Kirovogradskoy regional state administration from October, 11, 1996 ¹357 License of Department of education and science of Ukraine ¹2422-Ë from 26.10.2004 on a right for conducting of educational work, related to the grant of education at the level of qualifying requirements to in-plant training in direction “State administration” with the licensed volume on a year 1800 persons.
